Don't Let Your Mobile Marketing Strategies Get Caught In The Dust

Mobile Phone Eroding Away into Dust

Marketing is moving at the speed of light.  As Albert Einstein so eloquently stated, “To keep your balance, you must keep moving”...

A recent ComScore Report detailed that over 60% of all internet traffic in the United States is on a mobile device, up almost 50% from last year. 71% of U.S. Adults own at least one smartphone.  Over 825,000 minutes per month on average are spent “In-App”.

Mobile continues to take over the world of communication.  You can’t walk down the street without practically bumping into someone who is watching YouTube or playing an Augmented Reality Game (i.e. Pokemon Go) while they walk down the street.  But the startling statistic is that while U.S. users reported spending more time than ever on a mobile device, most businesses are spending less than 12% of their marketing efforts on mobile marketing.

The mobile advertising market will hit two significant milestones in 2016, according to new figures from eMarketer, surpassing $100 billion in spending and accounting for more than 50% of all digital ad expenditure for the first time. - See more at:

What are your mobile marketing strategies?  Part of the problem may be misinformation or the domination from the current mobile marketing players and platforms.  Like any emerging technology or practice the center lanes of Wall Street and Main Street are littered with wounded and hesitant marketers and business owners who are trying to get a handle and understanding of what is myth and what is reality when it comes to Mobile Marketing.

The first step to make sure your business isn’t left in the dust is to develop a mobile marketing strategy complete with unique Key Performance Indicators that will help you navigate the path to success.  The second step is to make sure your web elements are optimized for a user's mobile experience.
